Privacy policy
OfferHala is a retail flyer browsing and shopping-list app for the GCC. You can use the core app as a guest. This policy explains what stays on your device, what is sent to our service, and what happens when advertising is enabled.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your language, manually selected country and city, saved flyer details, followed retailers, shopping list, recent flyer history and reminder selections in local application storage. Saved items, followed retailers, shopping lists, recent history and reminder selections are not uploaded to an OfferHala shopper account; the app has no shopper account system.
You can remove saved items, unfollow retailers, delete list entries, clear recent history, cancel reminders, or use Clear device data to reset these local preferences and lists. Device data remains until you remove it, reset the app or uninstall it. Operating-system backup and restore settings can separately retain application data.
Browsing does not require GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Choosing a city is manual. Clearing the app's device data does not reset advertising consent managed by Google's SDK; use the advertising privacy choices described below.
Recent history and optional reminders
The recent-history feature keeps up to 30 distinct flyers you opened, with the most recent first, on your device. It helps you return to a flyer and can be cleared separately. It is not a server-side browsing-history profile.
On supported Android and iOS versions, you can choose a reminder for a saved flyer. The app requests notification permission only when you set a reminder. It schedules a local notification using the flyer's expiry date and country time zone; no remote push service receives the reminder selection. The operating system manages delivery, which can be delayed.
A reminder can show the retailer name and flyer title on your device, including its lock screen depending on your system settings. You can cancel it in the app. Removing the saved flyer or clearing device data cancels its scheduled reminders. You can also change notification permission in system settings; browsing remains available without that permission.
Requests needed to provide the service
When you browse or search, the app sends your chosen country/city, retailer filter, search text, requested page and flyer identifiers to the OfferHala API. We use those requests to return the catalog and flyer images you ask for. Our catalog database stores retailer/flyer records and ingestion job records; it does not store shopper profiles or a search-history table.
Store logos and flyer images are delivered by the OfferHala service. Logo requests are handled by our server; your device does not contact the upstream logo supplier. Our server does not forward shopper IP addresses, cookies or request headers to that supplier.
Our hosting and network providers process ordinary request information, such as IP address, request time, requested URL and technical headers, to deliver and secure the service. Our current API and flyer-image archive are hosted by Railway in its US East region. Processing can therefore occur outside your country.
The application server has access logging disabled. Railway can still maintain infrastructure, HTTP and security logs. The current Hobby plan provides a seven-day log-viewing window; that is not a promise that every provider-held copy is deleted after seven days. Railway's underlying retention follows its own policies, and changing plans can make older logs accessible. We have not configured an additional external log export.
Advertising and your choices
Where advertising is enabled in your app version, OfferHala uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Before requesting ads, the app updates Google's User Messaging Platform consent information, presents required privacy messages and checks whether ads may be requested. The current implementation requests non-personalized ads. It does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.
Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing. Depending on the platform, SDK and settings, Google can collect or share IP-derived approximate location, device or account identifiers, advertising and app-interaction information, crash logs and performance diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google explains its processing and retention in its privacy policy. OfferHala does not receive a copy of your device advertising identifier in its catalog database.
When Google requires an ongoing privacy-options entry point, the app makes Privacy choices available so you can review or change your choices. Availability and the options shown depend on Google's configured messages, your location and applicable requirements. The core shopping features remain usable when ads do not load. Development versions may show test ads or have ads disabled.
Sharing, maps and other websites
When you choose Share, the app passes the flyer title, retailer name and an OfferHala flyer link to the device's share menu. The app or recipient you choose receives that information and handles it under its own settings and policies. The link opens an OfferHala page; it does not link to an upstream flyer supplier. We do not add recipient identifiers or sharing trackers to the link.
When you choose the map-search action, the app opens Google Maps with a search query containing the retailer name and the flyer's city and country. This is a search, not a verified branch location or directions to your current position. OfferHala does not request GPS coordinates or send your current device location. Google receives the search query and ordinary network information and applies its own privacy policy.
If you open a provider privacy policy linked on this page, that website receives its own network requests and applies its own privacy policy.
Support, retention and privacy requests
For app support, email support@offerhala.com. For privacy requests, email privacy@offerhala.com. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you include, and use them to answer your request. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Correspondence is processed and stored using Spaceship Spacemail while handling the request and related follow-up; contact us to request deletion of correspondence that is no longer needed.
You can contact privacy@offerhala.com to ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need information to verify and locate your request. Local app data can be removed directly on your device; information held independently by Google, Railway or another service is subject to that provider's controls and applicable requirements.
Security and updates
Production catalog requests use HTTPS. Access to the hosted service is restricted to its operator and authorized service providers. No internet service or device storage is completely secure. We will update this page when the app's material data practices change and show a new effective date.

البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك
يحفظ التطبيق اللغة والدولة والمدينة التي تختارها يدويًا وتفاصيل النشرات المحفوظة والمتاجر المتابَعة وقائمة التسوق وسجل النشرات الأخيرة واختيارات التذكير في مساحة التطبيق المحلية. لا تُرفع النشرات المحفوظة أو المتاجر المتابَعة أو قائمة التسوق أو السجل الأخير أو اختيارات التذكير إلى حساب متسوق لدى أوفر هلا؛ فلا يوجد نظام لحسابات المتسوقين في التطبيق.
يمكنك إزالة العناصر المحفوظة وإلغاء متابعة المتاجر وحذف عناصر القائمة ومسح السجل الأخير وإلغاء التذكيرات، أو اختيار مسح بيانات الجهاز لإعادة ضبط التفضيلات والقوائم المحلية. تبقى البيانات حتى تحذفها أو تعيد ضبط التطبيق أو تزيله. قد تحتفظ إعدادات النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة في نظام التشغيل بنسخ منفصلة من بيانات التطبيق.
لا يتطلب تصفح النشرات إذن الوصول إلى GPS أو جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون. اختيار المدينة يدوي. مسح بيانات التطبيق المحلية لا يعيد ضبط الموافقات الإعلانية التي تديرها أدوات Google؛ استخدم خيارات الخصوصية الإعلانية الموضحة أدناه.
السجل الأخير والتذكيرات الاختيارية
يحتفظ السجل الأخير على جهازك بما يصل إلى ٣٠ نشرة مختلفة فتحتها، بدءًا بالأحدث، لمساعدتك على العودة إليها. يمكنك مسحه بصورة مستقلة. لا يُنشئ هذا السجل ملفًا لتصفحك على خوادمنا.
في إصدارات Android وiOS المدعومة، يمكنك اختيار تذكير لنشرة محفوظة. يطلب التطبيق إذن الإشعارات فقط عند إعداد تذكير. ويجدول إشعارًا محليًا استنادًا إلى تاريخ انتهاء النشرة والمنطقة الزمنية لبلدها؛ لا تستقبل خدمة إشعارات عن بُعد اختيار التذكير. يدير نظام التشغيل تسليم الإشعار، وقد يتأخر ظهوره.
قد يعرض التذكير اسم المتجر وعنوان النشرة على جهازك، بما في ذلك شاشة القفل بحسب إعدادات النظام. يمكنك إلغاء التذكير من التطبيق. تؤدي إزالة النشرة المحفوظة أو مسح بيانات الجهاز إلى إلغاء التذكيرات المجدولة المرتبطة بها. ويمكنك تغيير إذن الإشعارات من إعدادات النظام؛ يظل التصفح متاحًا دون هذا الإذن.
الطلبات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة
يرسل التطبيق الدولة والمدينة المختارتين وفلتر المتجر ونص البحث ورقم الصفحة ومعرّفات النشرات المطلوبة إلى واجهة أوفر هلا لعرض النتائج والصور. تخزن قاعدة البيانات سجلات المتاجر والنشرات وعمليات تحديثها، ولا تخزن ملفات شخصية للمتسوقين أو جدولًا لسجل البحث.
تُقدَّم شعارات المتاجر وصور النشرات عبر خدمة أوفر هلا. يعالج خادمنا طلبات الشعارات، ولا يتصل جهازك بمزوّد الشعارات الخارجي. لا يرسل خادمنا عناوين IP للمتسوقين أو ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو رؤوس طلباتهم إلى ذلك المزوّد.
يعالج مزودو الاستضافة والشبكة معلومات الطلبات المعتادة، مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب وعنوانه والرؤوس التقنية، لتوصيل الخدمة وحمايتها. تُستضاف الواجهة وأرشيف الصور الحاليان لدى Railway في منطقة شرق الولايات المتحدة؛ لذلك قد تتم المعالجة خارج بلدك.
سجلات الوصول في خادم التطبيق معطلة، لكن Railway قد يحتفظ بسجلات البنية التحتية وطلبات HTTP والأمان. تتيح خطة Hobby الحالية عرض السجلات لسبعة أيام؛ وهذا لا يعني ضمان حذف كل نسخة لدى المزود بعد سبعة أيام. تخضع فترات الاحتفاظ الأساسية لسياسات Railway، وقد يتيح تغيير الخطة الوصول إلى سجلات أقدم. لم نُعِدّ تصديرًا إضافيًا للسجلات إلى خدمة خارجية.
الإعلانات وخياراتك
عندما تكون الإعلانات مفعلة في إصدار التطبيق، يستخدم أوفر هلا Google AdMob وحزمة Google Mobile Ads. قبل طلب الإعلانات، يحدّث التطبيق معلومات الموافقة عبر منصة Google User Messaging Platform ويعرض رسائل الخصوصية المطلوبة ويتحقق من إمكانية طلب الإعلانات. يطلب التنفيذ الحالي إعلانات غير مخصصة، ولا يطلب إذن تتبع التطبيقات من Apple.
الإعلانات غير المخصصة ما زالت تتضمن معالجة بيانات. بحسب المنصة والحزمة والإعدادات، قد تجمع Google أو تشارك موقعًا تقريبيًا مستنتجًا من IP ومعرّفات الجهاز أو الحساب وبيانات التفاعل مع الإعلانات والتطبيق وسجلات الأعطال ومعلومات الأداء، لأغراض الإعلان والقياس ومنع الاحتيال. توضح Google معالجتها وفترات الاحتفاظ في سياسة خصوصيتها. لا يتلقى أوفر هلا نسخة من معرّف جهازك الإعلاني في قاعدة بيانات النشرات.
عندما تطلب Google إتاحة مدخل دائم لخيارات الخصوصية، يظهر خيار خيارات الخصوصية لمراجعة اختياراتك أو تعديلها. تعتمد الخيارات المعروضة على رسائل Google المعدّة وموقعك والمتطلبات المطبقة. تبقى ميزات التسوق الأساسية متاحة عند تعذر تحميل الإعلانات. قد تعرض إصدارات التطوير إعلانات اختبارية أو تعطل الإعلانات.
المشاركة والخرائط والمواقع الأخرى
عند اختيار المشاركة، يمرر التطبيق عنوان النشرة واسم المتجر ورابط نشرة على أوفر هلا إلى قائمة المشاركة في جهازك. يتلقى التطبيق أو المستلم الذي تختاره هذه المعلومات ويتعامل معها وفق إعداداته وسياساته. يفتح الرابط صفحة أوفر هلا، ولا يوجّه إلى مزوّد النشرات الخارجي. لا نضيف معرّفات للمستلمين أو أدوات تتبع للمشاركة إلى الرابط.
عند اختيار البحث على الخريطة، يفتح التطبيق Google Maps باستعلام يتضمن اسم المتجر ومدينة النشرة وبلدها. هذا بحث، وليس موقع فرع موثّقًا أو إرشادات من موقعك الحالي. لا يطلب أوفر هلا إحداثيات GPS ولا يرسل موقع جهازك الحالي. تتلقى Google استعلام البحث ومعلومات الشبكة المعتادة، وتطبق سياسة خصوصيتها.
عند فتح سياسة خصوصية أحد المزوّدين المرتبطة بهذه الصفحة، يستقبل موقعه طلباته الخاصة وتطبق عليه سياسة خصوصيته.
الدعم والاحتفاظ وطلبات الخصوصية
للدعم، راسل support@offerhala.com. لطلبات الخصوصية، راسل privacy@offerhala.com. عند مراسلتنا، نتلقى بريدك ورسالتك والمعلومات التي ترفقها ونستخدمها للرد. تجنب إرسال كلمات المرور أو بيانات الدفع أو معلومات حساسة غير ضرورية. تُعالج المراسلات وتُحفظ باستخدام Spaceship Spacemail أثناء معالجة الطلب ومتابعته؛ ويمكنك طلب حذف المراسلات التي لم تعد ضرورية.
يمكنك التواصل عبر privacy@offerhala.com للاستفسار عن معلومات نحتفظ بها أو طلب تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقديم ملاحظة تتعلق بالخصوصية. قد نحتاج معلومات للتحقق من الطلب والعثور عليه. يمكنك حذف بيانات التطبيق المحلية مباشرة، أما المعلومات التي تحتفظ بها Google أو Railway أو خدمة أخرى بصورة مستقلة فتخضع لضوابط تلك الخدمة والمتطلبات المطبقة.
الأمان والتحديثات
تستخدم طلبات النشرات في النسخة المنشورة اتصال HTTPS. يقتصر الوصول الإداري إلى الخدمة المستضافة على المشغّل ومزودي الخدمة المصرح لهم. لا توجد خدمة إنترنت أو مساحة تخزين آمنة بشكل مطلق. سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ سريانها عند حدوث تغيير جوهري في ممارسات بيانات التطبيق.
