Report an app problem

Include your device model, iOS/Android version, app version, selected country/city and a short description of what happened. A flyer title, retailer name and selected country help us locate a catalog issue. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

Shopping and flyer information

OfferHala displays retail flyers and helps you plan your shopping. It does not sell the products shown or handle retailer payments, deliveries, refunds or stock reservations. Check the flyer dates, applicable branches and retailer terms before shopping. Contact the retailer directly for a product purchase or availability question.

Recent flyers and reminders

Recent history keeps up to 30 opened flyers on your device and can be cleared from the app. On supported Android and iOS versions, save a flyer and choose Set reminder to request a local expiry notification. The app shows the planned time; your operating system may delay delivery. Reminders are optional and can be cancelled. Removing a saved flyer or clearing device data cancels its reminders.

Sharing and map searches

Sharing sends the flyer title, retailer name and an OfferHala link through your device's share menu. The map action searches Google Maps for the retailer, city and country. It does not verify a particular branch or use your GPS location.

Your saved items and privacy

Saved flyers, followed retailers and shopping lists are stored on your device. You can remove them individually or choose Clear device data in the app. Advertising privacy choices are separate and are shown when Google's consent platform requires them.
